Step 1: Access the Portal

Scroll down until you see this form:
Step 3: Submit Your ID Number
Enter your South African ID number and click “Submit”
Step 4: Check Your Phone
Within minutes, you’ll receive an SMS with a secure link that looks like this:
Step 5: Follow the Link
Click the link within 30 minutes (it expires for security reasons) and follow the instructions to enter your new banking details.
Processing Time
Allow 5-7 working days for verification. Your next payment will use the new details once approved.
